* DPS gear being so much easier to level with, and the way gear progression works, means a shortage of people with decent tank and healer gear. I think Funcom have made so many bad decisions when it comes to the endgame group content: Queues are going to be a nightmare though, even with just 3 Elite tiers for the Raid rather than the full 10, and even after they fix the lockout timer. Rewards were nice though, three distillates adding up to 15500xp for about 10-15 minutes of gameplay (if you don’t include the queue time). My favourite bit about it was the ambient dialogue and closing cutscene from the NPCs we met in the tutorial. Less engaging than the dungeons, no lore, over so fast. I’ve already played the raid on Story mode and it felt… surprisingly mediocre. It looks like Fist weapons have received a big nerf, which might make the meta a bit more varied. They’ve improved the way you get drops from Caches, you can buy the outift pieces that drop from the new Future-Tech Cache from the Cache Locksmith in Agartha for 3rd Age Fragments, and best of all this means you can preview the outfit pieces before deciding if you want them! Plus a whole load of adjusted and new clothing rewards for Elite dungeons.
